HR Soul Consulting – a Tampa based Human Resources and Talent Management consulting firm, has hired Matt Hall as its new Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to expand its portfolio of talent, leadership and culture offerings into the Orlando market.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Matt made Florida home in 2004 and brings 15 years of recruitment and HR consulting industry experience to the HR Soul team. Matt has very successfully grown and lead talent acquisition teams including, over the last 11 years, a top Forbes rated global talent solutions firm. During this time, he was a perennial award winner and was responsible for the creation and profitability of the firm's first HR recruitment and consulting offering. In addition to supporting Florida companies with talent and workforce solutions he has been heavily involved in championing human resources as the catalyst for change and the future of work with groups like Hacking HR, SHRM, HR executive roundtables and continued education groups.
