Replicon at Technology Services World 2017
Our dedicated team spent the past week at the 2017 Technology Services World (TSW) Conference in Las Vegas debuting our new Time Intelligence® Platform, in addition to our Professional Services Automation solution for professional services firms. For those who weren’t in attendance this year, here’s a quick look at what we presented at TSW 2017:
Time Intelligence® Platform
The Time Intelligence® Platform is designed to fundamentally change the way organizations manage, analyze, and leverage time as a strategic asset. Companies need to treat time much as they do finances, resources, and materials, so management can better connect time spent to outcomes produced – optimizing operational efficiency, capturing more profits, and driving business growth.
Replicon’s Time Intelligence® Platform captures and processes time signals from multiple data streams, including the Internet of Things (IoT), in real time. Applying artificial intelligence, these time data signals are cleansed, transformed, and contextualized to derive Time Intelligence® — which is then used to train predictive and prescriptive machine learning models to drive services and automate business workflows, tailored to the specific needs and unique nuances of each organization.
Professional Services Automation
Replicon’s Professional Services Automation solution, layered on top of the Time Intelligence® platform, takes a holistic approach to how a profitable and successful services organization should run, by delivering on key financial pillars that help these companies grow quickly, including: Service Delivery Management, Financial Management, Current Utilization, Future Utilization, and Project Accounting. Professional Services Automation uses exception-guided workflow automation design to orchestrate business workflows with minimal human intervention leveraging the Replicon Time Intelligence® Platform which serves as an authoritative source for time.
