Talent Board gathers candidate feedback and determines industry standard candidate experience benchmarks using Survale’s Talent Feedback Platform

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (December 17, 2019) – Survale announced today its 3rd consecutive year as CandE Award Research Platform for the Talent Board’s annual Candidate Experience Awards (CandE Awards) Benchmark and Research program.

Most Candidate Experience Award (CandE) winners have two things in common: Their candidates provided feedback to the Talent Board through Survale’s talent feedback platform and the Talent Board used Survale’s analytics to further analyze the candidate data and identify the winners.

As Survale enters its third year as official CandE Award Research Platform, the quality of candidate experience in the recruiting process continues to be a key factor for organizations as they strive to maintain productivity in a historically tight labor market.

As organizations look to the Talent Board as the industry standard for candidate experience benchmark data, so too has a fast growing segment of employers adopted Survale as the standard for year ‘round, real-time candidate experience data that is anchored to the stages of their recruiting process.

This combination of powerful industry benchmarks and real-time, actionable data for optimizing recruitment process and operations, has proven to be a winning formula for recruiting success.

“For the over 500 organizations across North America, EMEA, APAC and now South America, Survale has at minimum allowed them to understand their Talent Board benchmarks in the same clear, visual dashboards that the Talent Board uses to compile their research,” said Jason Moreau, co-founder and CEO of Survale. “For another fast growing segment, adopting the full Survale platform has allowed them to optimize their entire recruiting organization through real-time experiential data from candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, similar to how customer service organizations optimize their operations.”

In fact, six of last year’s CandE Award winners were clients of Survale’s full year-round platform. That works out to 100% of all Survale clients that entered the award program.

“We’re very excited to have Survale continue to power our global Talent Board benchmark research program,” said Kevin Grossman, Talent Board president and board member. “Survale’s feedback and analytics platform for measuring candidate experience helps hundreds of companies understand their overall candidate experience. This includes the annual benchmark research program, where companies can determine their strengths and weaknesses year after year and compare their ratings against other companies big and small across industries, as well as collecting continuous feedback with Survale’s powerful platform.”
