As part of our work on our annual report on intelligent tools and AI in HR, we evaluate the interview and survey process to identify companies to watch closely. Each of the twelve companies we’ve selected this year for our HRExaminer 2020 Watchlist represents a different value proposition and core functionality across the entire spectrum of the industry.

You’ll notice that slightly more than half of the companies focus on the recruiting segment. The others range from established companies to startups; from sophisticated data management to VR for hard conversation training. Each of these companies is pushing the edges of what’s possible.

Pay close attention to the analysis for each company that we’ll be publishing in the coming days here on HRExaminer. Collectively, these outfits are pushing the boundaries out. Individually, they each have a specific value proposition that was not conceivable even three years ago.

The Watchlist also appears alongside our full analysis of AI in HR Tech in our new 119 page report, The 2020 Index of Intelligent Tools in HR Technology: The Birth of HR as a Systems Science. Learn more about our full report HERE »
