Feeling confused about the HR-tech marketplace?

Over the last 10 years or so–a period roughly starting at the end of the financial crisis up until today–the HR-technology marketplace has seen tremendous growth, as increases in innovation, investment and demand for new HR and workplace technologies have combined to fuel significant expansion in the HR-tech landscape. Never before have there been more technology solutions available for HR leaders to evaluate, meaning that choosing the best fit for the organization has never been more difficult. In the last few years, I’ve been told by many attendees at the HR Technology Conference that walking through the expo can be quite a daunting experience. With hundreds upon hundreds of solution providers demonstrating the vast variety of new and innovative solutions covering the full range of HR functions, it can be difficult for busy HR leaders to make sense of this complex market, and to know how to allocate their time and attention when researching HR-tech solutions.

Fortunately for HR Tech Conference attendees, we have worked with a handpicked group of the industry’s leading experts to present conference sessions that will help HR leaders better understand the marketplace, as well as how to make more informed decisions about how to spend their time at the conference and where to concentrate their research afterwards. These sessions are collected under the “Market Landscape” track and have been divided into separate categories, each representing a major functional category of HR technology. In each session, HR-technology subject-matter experts will take you through the essential themes and trends of that segment of the market, giving you a great grounding and framework.

We created these Market Landscape sessions at the conference a few years ago to try and meet attendees’ needs to navigate the growing and complex HR-technology marketplace. They have proven to be some of the best reviewed and attended sessions at the last several conferences, and we fully expect that to be the case again in 2019. If you plan on attending one or more of the Market Landscape sessions, be sure to get there early to get a good seat!
