During the last decade, coaching has evolved from being an exclusive service provided to senior executives to something seen as beneficial for all employees. Coaching employees at all levels of an organization allows for individual and organization development. It is now recognized as a critical skill for talent development professionals and managers.

Yet despite the benefits coaching can bring, ATD research found that only 27 percent of organizations incorporate it to a high extent in their talent development strategy. Those with a growth mindset would benefit from enhancing their ability to coach others. In this podcast, I have the opportunity to speak with Lisa Downs about coaching. Lisa is one of the facilitators of the ATD Coaching Certificate Program, and has a wealth of experience on leadership coaching and consulting. We cover topics including the importance of coaching for individuals and organizations and why the ATD Coaching Certificate Program is so essential!

Listen to the podcast to discover key ways to bring coaching to your organization.
