On March 27, 2019, OFCCP announced that the 2019 VEVRAA hiring benchmark is 5.9%, effective March 31, 2019. The information is available on the VEVRAA Benchmark Database. There is also updated national and state information available in the VEVRAA Benchmark Database for federal contractors and subcontractors who use the five-factor method to calculate an individualized hiring benchmark.
