When capacity is the question, HR Studio Group, LLC is the answer. Even when you have a great team working together efficiently and competently, sometimes there’s simply more work than the timeframe allows. We jump in wherever you need us and we work within your timeframe to get the work done.
Skill Set
Some projects require a specific skill set. You may not always need that skill set on your team, so when you do need it, call us. We have decades of experience diving in and getting our hands dirty in everything from sticky employee relations challenges to directing an employment termination.
Compliance
You want to be compliant with current employment regulations. It can be a challenge keeping up with everything that’s going on, both nationally and in state. We make it our business to keep current by scouring pertinent government websites, attending educational seminars, and engaging regularly with labor attorneys. Some say we’re compliance geeks. We like that.

You need human resources expertise. You just don’t need it 40 hours per week every week. That’s where we come in. We offer flexible retained packages that are customized to what your organization needs—whether it’s one day a week or one day a month.

We can fill in while you’re recruiting for your next Human Resources Coordinator, Director, Vice President, or Executive. We’ll keep the department running smoothly until you can fill your position, and we’ll even make recommendations on changes you may want to consider before your new recruit arrives. We can assist with recruitment and candidate selection as well.
Meet our team!
Deb Whitworth, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is Owner and CEO of HR Studio Group, LLC. In 30 years of human resources management and leadership experience, she has helped a variety of nonprofit and for-profit services and industries build and maintain compliant cultures of excellence. Deb is a frequent presenter on human resources and compliance topics at conferences and business functions. She is also an instructor in the HR Certificate Program at University of Southern Maine and leads the SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP Certification Preparatory Course at USM.
Erin Greene is Firm Administrator for HR Studio Group, LLC. She has 12 years of business management experience in the fields of sourcing and recruiting, administration, staffing, and training.
Nate Greene is our Staff Trainer. He has 10 years of training experience in the education and office administration fields. Nate is skilled in central orientation and new hire training, as well as being certified to administer CPR and First Aid Certification.
Lynn Kelley is our Corporate Trainer. For over 20 years, Lynn has dedicated her career to the management, training, and education of others. She is passionate about training and education and brings a diverse background in corporate training to each program she leads.
