Here’s the first look at the Select HR Tech agenda

The challenges facing today’s HR leaders are seemingly growing more varied and complex by the day–but most of the potential solutions to these obstacles share one common element: technology. Harnessing the power of HR technology is no longer just a goal to strive for, but rather a primary component for success for most HR execs–a paradigm shift that will be at the heart of the inaugural Select HR Tech Conference.

The conference, set for June 9-11 in Las Vegas, aims to provide an immersive, hands-on experience for HR and IT leaders, support implementation and adoption of HR technology and maximize their ROI. Conference organizers this week unveiled the agenda for the first-ever event, which will deviate from standard conference formats with a series of master classes, roundtable and small-group discussions, and one-on-one meetings with solutions providers.

The content will be organized around six primary tracks:

  • Building the Business Case
  • Change Management
  • Driving Project Success
  • Going Global
  • New Technologies Impacting HR
  • Workforce Transformation

Chris Havrilla will teach a master class.

Several big names in the HR-tech space have already been announced as participants, including keynoters Jason Averbook, Vinnie Mirchandani and Brian Sommer. Sessions unveiled this week include a master class taught by Mimi Brooks of Logical Design Solutions on HR’s role in the new digital organization and another by Chris Havrilla of Bersin, Deloitte Consulting focused on rethinking technology strategy for bottom-line growth.

Jeanne Achille, program chair for Select HR Tech, notes that, with the Fourth Industrial Revolution already underway, “2020 is the year of digital disruption, which makes the launch of the Select HR Tech Conference well-timed and extremely relevant. We’re looking forward to sharing this educationally rich program with our attendees.”
