Alight Solutions names Colon McLean CHRO

Lincolnshire, IL – October 25, 2018 Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, and human capital management solutions, today announced that Colon McLean has joined the company as CHRO, reporting to CEO Chris Michalak.

Colon brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to Alight including experience leading and integrating acquisitions, major system implementations, global engagement and talent strategies. Most recently, Colon served as CHRO at The Warranty Group. In addition, he held a variety of HR leadership roles at Career Education Corporation and Duke Energy.

Colon holds a degree in business administration from Wingate University, Wingate, North Carolina and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
