LinkedIn and iCIMS Team Up to Help Streamline Sourcing Workflows and Increase Productivity

As automation takes over the most repetitive tasks, a recruiter’s success is increasingly driven by his or her ability to spend time building meaningful connections with prospective talent. In fact, demand for recruiting professionals is up 63% since 2016. Being able to connect your applicant tracking system (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a crucial piece of the productivity puzzle, reducing the need to switch between systems and increasing collaboration and accuracy.

For our customers that rely on LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and iCIMS Recruit – a best-in-class applicant tracking system – to manage and hire them, we’re excited to announce that joint customers can now activate Recruiter System Connect to simplify the hiring workflow with one view into your candidate pipeline across both LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS.

The integration solves some of the biggest challenge’s recruiters face with the increased ability to:

1. Improve accuracy with real-time candidate information

Data discrepancies and duplicative recruiting efforts is the unfortunate reality when you’re using multiple tools that aren’t talking to each other. Now, you’ll have the ability to easily export basic LinkedIn profile information directly into specific open jobs within iCIMS’ platform in just one click.

2. Collaborate efficiently with improved team visibility

Within LinkedIn Recruiter, you can view and filter applicants who have already applied to jobs using iCIMS, as well as view their past application statuses. You can also view enhanced LinkedIn profile widgets and InMail history for each candidate, so you can make informed, data-driven decisions.

3. Increase efficiency and save 3+ hours a week

Stay up to date wherever you’re working. Beyond just reducing the time spent switching back and forth between tools, information about candidates is seamlessly shared across systems and teams so you can spend your time on actions that will be impactful.

Through this integration, we hope to deliver a more agile, and seamless experience for our joint customers, so they can focus on what they do best -- building winning teams.
