Miranda DeZwarte started her career in HR after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She has over 15 years of HR experience primarily within recruiting and compensation. Her experience spans across aerospace and defense, consumer products and big four consulting. One of the most unique opportunities she’s had so far was with Raytheon Polar Services, recruiting for the United States Antarctic Program.
