Leadership comes naturally to some, but for others, it takes some trial and error to learn what to do—and what not to do. To grow quickly, they voraciously read anything they can to spark their best inner leader. Overseeing others’ workloads, developing long-term strategies, or speaking with investors may simply not be part of their default way of looking at the world.
