To create an effective road map, it must be accessible to everyone on the team. Accessibility will allow team members to use the road map to stay on track if they ever lose their momentum while delegating out tasks. Growing pains are inevitable for a business that is expanding. While growth is a sign of success, not taking care of the growing pains can escalate into a more harmful injury.
