If you are like me, you are probably in the hustle and bustle of the season. I am trying to get my shopping done, attending Christmas parties, and trying to stay focused on my work and my goals. It can be challenging to balance everything with the holidays fastly approaching. However, as someone that has consistently achieved results, I know that how I finish this year will determine how I start 2020. While you may look back over the last twelve months with a sense of disappointment, I want to encourage you to not get discouraged. More importantly, I want you to get a tactic right now that will help you finish this year strong. The tactics you implement today will determine the triumphs you experience in 2020. You cannot expect to reach your highest potential in 2020 without first establishing honorable habits today. I hope that this piece will empower you to finish this year strong and start 2020 empowered!

  • You first have to decide that you are going to finish strong. Over the years, I have trained and empowered people around the world to fulfill purpose and maximize their greatest potential. Since the inception of my company, I have consistently created campaigns to empower people around the world to finish the year strong. Many people look at my life today and admire my success. However, it is not enough to simply admire the success of another person. You have to understand that success is about alignment. We have great ambitions and aspirations; however, most people have no idea how to align and achieve a life of success and prosperity. This is the time of the year that people start thinking about resolutions and changes they want to make in the new year. While it is commendable to think about making changes in your life, you first have to make new choices. One of the most important choices you can make as we close out 2019 is to finish the year strong. Your choices will determine the clarity that you bring with you into 2020. Right now you need to make a decision to finish strong. In other words, do not romanticize your accomplishments this year. Also, do not become imprisoned by your failures. Learn from your experiences this year and let them empower you to do more and be more in 2020.
  • You need to take the time to assess your life. If you have followed my work over the years, then you know that I talk a lot about life assessments and life audits. The end of the year is a great opportunity to assess and audit your life. First, I would encourage you to audit your goals. Look over the goals that you set for the year, evaluate your effectiveness and summarize your findings. Next, I would encourage you to audit your mindset, relationships, health, finances, spiritual life, etc. Develop metrics for evaluating your progress and your pain points. More importantly, take the time to assess what you did well, what you could have done better, and what you expect to do over the next twelve months. You cannot advance in life without assessment. Assessment is a great accountability metric for measuring your progress and productivity.
  • You need to take the time to reflect on the lessons that you learned in 2019. Normally, I will write a piece about the most important lessons I learned this year. However, I felt it was more important to help you finish the year strong. It does not do any good to share lessons with you and not empower you to make progress and propel breakthroughs in your life. I have been journaling for years and I always take time to write down my most important lessons of the year. One of the most important lessons I learned in 2019 is that you cannot extend expired seasons in your life. This year brought the ending of some personal and professional relationships. However, it also brought the beginning of amazing destiny relationships in my life. My ability to shed the old shifted me into incredible new possibilities for my life. This is just one of the lessons I learned this year. Lessons are proof that we are learning and growing. In fact, I say that a life without learning and growth is a life that is stuck. What did you learn this year? How have you grown? How have you become a better person? If you cannot look back over this year and find wisdom, then it is safe to say that you have not really lived this year and you have only existed. Existence is proof that you do not value the experience of life. Take some time to write down your important lessons of the year because growth, development, and evolution are key to you reaching your full potential.
  • You have to develop a winning blueprint. Everything I have shared with you this far is good and necessary. However, as one of the most respected thought leaders in the world, I know that it takes more than this to achieve success. The thing that has consistently created big wins and major shifts in my life is my revolutionary thinking. My thinking has empowered me to create systems, strategies, frameworks, and protocols that propel catalytic success. My clients can attest to the fact that I help them develop winning blueprints. Many people will go into 2020 with resolutions. While I am not against resolutions, I do not believe in setting resolutions because they do not change your life. 2020 will be an incredible year of success, prosperity, and progress for me because I have a clear plan. Most people try to work on motivation and inspiration. However, I work with strategy, tactics, and systems. As a result, I consistently achieve my goals, make progress and access new realms of success. You do not need more motivation and inspiration. You need to create a plan that will position you for progress, promotion, and prosperity in 2020. As a matter of fact, I want you to take some time right now and start working on your plan. Write down your big goals for 2020. Then write out the action steps you need to take to achieve those goals. Next, break those actions down into bite-sized steps. This is a good starting point for developing your plan for 2020. Of course, I will not share everything with you in this piece. However, if you will at least take these steps you will be ahead of 99% of people in 2020. My year is already blessed because I have already built it. Invest the time in creating your winning plan and 2020 will reward you in amazing ways!
