The average salary for HR professionals in the United States and Canada is around $58,000 per year. In the United Kingdom, the average HR salary is £32,533 per year. However, the actual salary for Human Resources professional may vary greatly depending on seniority and location.

HR director

The HR director is the highest-ranking HR position in a company. 

HR Director is responsible for the overall operation of a company's human resources department. 

A person in this position initiates and supervises the implementation and advancement of human resource processes, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, labor relations, etc.

Related to their highest position, HR directors have the highest salaries among HR professionals.
