What Work Should Managers Delegate

HR Bartender

I ran across this blog post on the Management Skills Blog answering the question “ What to Delegate, What to Self-Perform? ” It’s a good post but I found myself wanting more detail. Planning Your Annual Benefits Strategy

Trish McFarlane

If you’re a regular reader, you may have noticed I have not been as active on my blog. Over the years, I’ve written for several solution providers and other websites. I envision gathering at the beginning of the semester in my classroom. I’m a bit anxious and the students are wondering what is in store.
