Customers have always relied on us to keep the data of their people — their most important asset — safe.  With an increase in demand from enterprise clients and their distributed workforces, we decided to pursue SOC 2 compliance, a way to provide third-party approval of the way we manage information stored in the cloud.

We’re proud to announce our Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 compliance – reinforcing the team’s commitment to data security for Reflektive’s innovative performance management platform.

Our SOC 2 Type 1 compliance is a major step in rigorously enforcing how we protect our customers’ important data. Erick Tai describes why we’re so proud in this brief video:
