  1. Or, how about a shout out to actual talent acquisition professionals…not the 85% who should be greeters at a Big Box store but actual professionals for whom it is a career. If you are happy with people who are looking for jobs rather than busy successfully doing on….then posting a “want Ad” (because that is what it is) is great…

    When I first got in the business I thought “recruiters” were overpaid…today….good ones are a bargain.
