Last Friday, I had a great time with special guest Abigail Morrow on The Employee Handbook Zoom Office Hour. (If you missed it, check out the replay here on The Employer Handbook YouTube Channel.)

So let’s run it back this Friday at Noon ET on Zoom.

This week, my special guest is Robin Shea. Robin, a partner at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete LLP, is one of my favorite management-side employment lawyers. She has over 30 years’ experience in employment litigation, provides preventive advice to employers, and conducts training for human resources professionals, management, and employees on a wide variety of topics.

Robin is Editor in Chief of Constangy’s client publications and editor/primary author of Constangy’s blog, Employment & Labor Insider. She also produces ConstangyTV’s Close-Up on Workplace Law.

I’d like to hear from Robin about her experience litigating cases during COVID, and what that’s been like. If her work has been anything like mine on the compliance side in 2021, Robin must be handling a lot of employee handbook updates. So, I’ll ask Robin to share what employers need to think about revising this year to avoid the courtroom.

Plus, we’ll have plenty of time for your questions. So, please email them to me.
