And I was completely confused about what kind of circus I was signing up for. Since then, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this monthly celebration of timely and insightful ideas from remarkable authors, consultants, coaches, and friends who are actively advancing the field of leadership development.

So, it feels right to host this month’s Carnival as I announce my next book, Promotions Are So Yesterday: Redefine Career Development. Help Employees Thrive.
