TalentGuard Hires Luis Rivera as Chief Revenue Officer
Austin, Texas – July 9, 2018 – TalentGuard Inc., a global provider of predictive career pathing and talent management software, today announced the appointment of veteran Luis Rivera to join the company as its first chief revenue officer. Rivera’s extensive experience in high-growth software companies will support TalentGuard’s mission to lead the talent management industry by transforming how employees build skills and design their career experience with innovative software.

As chief revenue officer, Rivera will oversee TalentGuard’s sales, solution consultants, and sales enablement teams. He will build a world-class organization by leveraging his experience in executing similar programs at industry leading companies. With Rivera, TalentGuard can further accelerate its growth and define a new class of enterprise software as a solution.
Rivera joins TalentGuard with more than 20 years of sales and operational experience in leading companies. He has guided human resource technology companies through major transitions, such as initial public offerings, acquisitions and rapid global growth. Before TalentGuard, Rivera was president of Accolo Corp. Prior to Accolo, he was president of HumanConcepts and part of the executive team that sold the company to Saba Software. Rivera served as senior vice president of sales at Saba Software where he led the global go-to-market strategy and ensured a successful transition. Rivera has also held several global executive and sales leadership positions, including 10 years at Lyris.
