I Stress A lot…. I tend to take care of my health. I’ve always been good at setting boundaries. Boundaries prevent me from letting bad habits takeover. If I lose control over these set boundaries, the more uncertainty I feel. With more uncertainty and lack of self-control, the greater the anxiety.
