Learn and move on. Frankly, I think women have it easier. I was just at a conference where 100–200 people were standing around in an open area and everyone was in dark or blue suits or blazers except the dozen women in the room, who really stood out. The man I was talking to was making fun of himself and how he just blended in. Be objective.
