59% of US companies have problems attracting critical skill employees (up from 52% in 2010 and 28% in 2009). 36% reported difficulty retaining critical-skill employees (up from 31% in 2010 and 16% in 2009). 66% have significantly changed HR programs (reward and talent management, org structure, job evaluations) because of concerns about employee productivity and willingness to take risks.
