Google Settles $118 Million Gender Pay Discrimination Lawsuit

The case began in 2017 when three now-former employees filed complaints alleging Google underpays female workers, citing a violation of California’s Equal Pay Act. The female workers span over 200 job titles and date as far back as 2013. The company will also have its pay practices reviewed by a third party for the next three years.
