You can’t give all employees promotions, bonuses, or raises. Social recognition, however, can be applied to all. But we must not rely on raises as primary form of encouraging, motivating or engaging employees day-to-day. Day-to-day impact : The greatest challenge with bonuses are the delayed distribution.
