So, what is the secret of the culture behind this, still relatively small Norwegian based company? I accepted the role as the acting Compliance Officer and it came with the responsibility to train all our employees on our ethical guidelines. Why do you think that number is so high? I think it may have to do with not having the right culture in place or maybe it´s due to an old-fashioned way of managing and leading organizations.
