Here at WorkTango, we’re proud to provide a holistic employee experience solution to our customers. However, we couldn’t do what we do without our incredible employees who are the engine behind our mission to improve (work) lives. 

In honor of our belief in the power of public recognition, we are thrilled to kick off our WorkTango Employee Spotlight blog series. We will highlight a different WorkTango team member every month so you can get to know the team behind our software.

Hailey is a Customer Support Specialist here with WorkTango, and she has been with the company since the beginning of January 2022. 

  1. What made you choose to join the WorkTango team?

    The people, the environment, and WorkTango’s vision. Everyone is so friendly and willing to coach each other. I have made great friends during my time here. The support I receive from my manager and leadership is awesome, and the company appreciates their employees and understands that we are human first. 

    The WorkTango vision is what sold me on the company. I have years of management and human resources experience, and I have always believed that making employees feel valued and investing in employee development is crucial to build a thriving organization. WorkTango has a passion for offering great employee experience, recognition, and alignment tools to help companies succeed. 

  2. What is the most rewarding part of your role at WorkTango?

    Being challenged with a complex issue and finding the solution. It feels amazing to fix an issue for a customer and see how happy it makes them as a result.

  3. How have you grown since starting at WorkTango?

    I quickly became someone on  the team that my manager and other departments can rely on.  I also have become more comfortable working one on one with customers and speaking with executive leaders. I have also been able to further my in-depth product knowledge, and now help educate new team members on WorkTango’s functionality.

  4. What’s one thing people may not know about you that they would be surprised to find out?

    I have published novels on Amazon. I love to write paranormal, supernatural, and gothic stories.

  5. What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?

    Be patient. Live in the present. Continue to seek knowledge.

  6. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

    I wish I had the ability to time travel so I can go back in time and experience major historic moments.

  7. What’s one thing on your bucket list?

    Travel all over Europe (Italy, France, England, etc.)
