In September, a female employee sued Microsoft for gender discrimination. There has been a slew of revamped policies on parental leave: with Vodaphone , Johnson & Johnson , Goldman Sachs , Blackstone , Change.org , Netflix , Microsoft , Adobe , and the U.S. When we look at all these revolutionary changes, we may conclude that companies are simply acting in their own best interest, now that the business case for diversity has been made.
