Although there are plenty of opinions out there, there’s no fixed, formal definition of CSR that the industry has reached a consensus on. An insightful definition I’ve found comes from Michael Glauser’s book Main Street Entrepreneur. Kenexa’s findings linked higher CSR ratings with higher levels of employee engagement.
