Your responsibilities will include: Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics. To provide proactive and comprehensive HR and benefit administration and support, alongside Payroll support for the UK. Prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions e.g. flexible working. Assist with the UK payroll; update the provider with changes, respond to employee queries. Perform other duties as assigned.
