I was able to get a copy of the author’s latest book , Intelligent Leadership: What You Need to Know to Unlock Your Full Potential, and enjoyed it as well. Speaking of growing, Mattone uses a phrase early in the book that sticks out to me. Capability is the set of skills and competencies available for development and enhancement.
