A number of years ago, my manager (who happens to be the organizational leader) started using shorthands like “k,” “kk,” “ty,” “tnx,” and a number of others in chats and texts. I’m sorry, this is really crappy. One would think she would have thought of that on her own, but she apparently hasn’t.
