I was thinking the other day about the idea of SIMPLE.

About 6-months ago, I was looking at my business and looking at my to-do list in particular and started to notice that I was creating burn-out right in front of me. I had WAY too many tasks and not enough hours to do those tasks.

Scratch that.

I had the hours but it would mean 14-hr days.

And last time I checked many of us became entrepreneurs to create more freedom in our lives not less.

So instead of just dealing with it and forcing myself into a 98-hr workweek. I started to look more closely at how I could get the same result: growing & scaling my business with more sales without sacrificing time.

That’s where the 3 Business Tasks Rule came into play. If there was a funny clown running around tickling people who went over 3 business tasks in their business a day — -how would I be able to avoid that?

Seriously…how???

So I dived deeper into that idea and discovered that the three things that needed to happen in my business for it to smoothly run, grow, and scale were: Sales, Lead Generation, and Product Development.

And each category doesn’t need as many tasks as we just throw at them in our businesses. Heck, look at any coaching or digital marketing course that has this 12-step process or a huge list of things you must do in your launches.

It’s actually when we simplify and focus on the 20% of tasks that get us 80% of results that we grow. There’s power in focus.

And those three categories? I’m going to blow your mind and change your to-do list forever. Are you ready?

They only need 3 tasks each for them to work.

Three.

Want to implement this now in your business and identify your top money making tasks? Check out The 3 Business Task Rule explained below:
