I need to find the appropriate way to tell my supervisor that I do not want to supervise another intern next year. I work for a nonprofit that contracts with schools to provide services in the schools. It was a lot of work and was stressful because we have to share the same space which made working with student one-on-one very difficult. It’s been two weeks and I want to explode from the stress. She still might not agree, but it’s worth having the conversation.
