MetLife Legal Plans | The Source: Ingrid Tolentino

On The Source we caught up with Ingrid Tolentino, CEO of MetLife Legal Plans. Ingrid has been with MetLife for a long time and she explains how her team has been evolving over the recent years. Their main focus is to provide quality legal access for working families across the country.

“We really look at the plan design along with everything that has been going on the last couple years in regards to protecting your family and yourself.” During COVID19, people’s lives came to a hault – weddings, travel, you name it – and employees were discovering they needed legal access to handle conflicts that can arise as a result of these changes.

Ingrid explains that the top trends in legal insurance are “protecting your family with an estate plan, a living will or trust….Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is also top of mind for employers with shifts in benefits.” Adding legal plans to benefit offerings levels the playing field for employers.

MetLife Legal Plan covers over 80 services. Tune in to discover why adding legal insurance helps give employees peace of mind knowing they are being taken care of by their employers.
