Last year, OFCCP launched the Contractor Compliance Institute, which is designed to provide contractors with a compliance toolkit. This site provides employers access to an on-demand learning management system that assists federal contractors with nondiscrimination and affirmative action obligations.

OFCCP has released a new course titled Compliance Evaluations. This course focuses on the 4 types of compliance evaluations that are conducted by the OFCCP and outlines the process for each of these evaluations:

  • Compliance Reviews
  • Off-site Review of Records
  • Compliance Checks
  • Focused Reviews

The complementary Compliance Evaluation course joins courses for Section 503 Focused Reviews (which the agency has indicated are phasing out), Functional AAPs, and the eLaws Advisor. OFCCP indicates a construction contractors course is coming soon.
