Ensure that you actively listen, so that you’re enabling your employees to lift and raise their ideas. The greatest fear for me as a leader is that I would sit in a meeting room and no-one on my team would dare to speak up, challenge me or voice their opinion. Running parallel to that, I have always been fascinated by technology and the oceans.
