It’s five answers to five questions. Here we go…. Coworkers and weight talk. I left a relationship that for all intents and purposes was emotionally abusive about a year ago. Word got out around the office that I had left my ex but only a trusted co-worker knew how had bad it had been and from what I can tell, she mostly kept it to herself. Unexpectedly, I dropped at least 20 pounds after leaving. The effects of the abuse had shown up as binge eating and weight gain over the years.
