When Mark first started, he did not have a money smart mindset. His family’s finances were tight and Mark was never taught smart money moves at a young age. Despite his upbringing, he knew that he wanted to avoid a nine to five job at all costs. At the age of eighteen, he launched into what he thought was his best bet at success - a gutter cleaning company.

Within twelve months, he had transitioned into the real estate world. “I got my start by acquiring rental properties through creative financing deals.” After finding success, he saw the potential of flipping homes for increasing cash flow. Starting with just one house, he learned to build the systems and processes that would allow his company to flip up to 75 homes every month by the age of thirty - without his having to work in the business. Looking back, he realizes that building a business that is automated is important. “Building a business that builds itself is a major key to building a stable revenue and bundling financial freedom.”

Although he owes much of his success to systems and his “do or die” approach to business, what sets Mark apart in his field is his dedication to building alignment in his business. “If my business doesn’t align with my lifestyle, I don’t do it.”

This mindset has carried him into other business ventures that still allow freedom and flexibility. Currently, he is invested in various e-commerce ventures, has dealings with large companies such as Amazon - all a part of his strategy to let his money keep making more money while he enjoys his life. “That’s true success for me.
