When I look at my news feed, I see a lot of charged words that beg for a click. Headlines that drive traffic seem more important than the actual content. Revenue comes from clicks, not from communication. Attention-grabbing is at the heart of online content. Then there are the words and ideas that have the opposite effect. They drive people away as soon as they are uttered.
