How to post job ads on 2000+ job boards with 1 click

I know the struggle of posting jobs to job boards. Especially when you have multiple roles or positions you need to fill and locations you are hiring in. I’m going to show you a way how you can easily post on multiple job boards fast.

Let’s say I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting multiple candidates for a retail chain in the US. Here’s how I’d do it:

I have created a Store Manager job in my TalentLyft account and I’m going to select Premium job boards as my primary channel of advertising.

Here are over 2500 job boards and platforms all over the world, but since I am hiring in the US I’ll just use the location filter to narrow it down.

There are still plenty to choose from here, but for my job, I’m going to go with some of the most popular US job boards that we mentioned earlier in the article - ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder and Lensa. I’ll just look them up in the search bar and add them to campaign. Once I do that, the total price is going to show - in this case, it is 857$. Now I just click ‘Pay & Publish’.

This is it. I published my Store Manager job on three major US job boards in a matter of seconds. In case you already have existing contracts with specific job boards with better prices, you can easily import them into TalentLyft under ‘My job board contracts’ and publish on the job boards for the prices you have negotiated.
