I’m excited to share that we are ramping up for some new programming as well as expanding our offerings in the new year and Workology. You may have saw last month we kicked off our HR Benchmark Survey, and we are expanding our HR Certification prep offering alongside the launch of the Workology Council. I’m excited to support and elevate more HR leaders in the new year, and in order to do that, our team needs to grow. I’m excited to share that we are hiring for a new position I’m calling Contract HR Training and Coach. You’ll be working alongside me speaking, training, and coaching the HR community. I’m including the job posting in more detail below. It’s a part time contract role, and I’m looking for someone to mentor so we can really elevate HR this year and in the years to come. We’re Hiring for a Contract HR Trainer and Coach

 

At Workology, we’re hiring for a Contract HR Trainer/Coach. The HR Trainer and Coach position is a part-time remote role, working for a growing training and development company. As a team member of this growing agency, you have the opportunity to help build and be a part of an organization and culture that is growing, building, and changing the HR and workplace landscape training, educating, and sharing resources one HR leader at a time. 

This is a unique position with a flexible schedule working alongside the founder of Workology. You’ll serve as the HR expert sharing your knowledge with the Workology community with writing, speaking, and training opportunities. This includes presenting and speaking on topics that are essential for the HR and workplace community as well as coaching HR professionals who are in high growth roles or HR leaders who are working towards HR certification. 

Expected hours monthly are 20-30 hours a month.

 

Job Requirements for Contract HR Trainer/Coach

 

– Active HR Certification with SHRM and HRCI

– Experience with training and facilitation and program development

– Experience as an HR certification prep instructor is preferred

– 7+ years of experience in a senior HR leader role 

– Social media presence and familiarity with Facebook Groups, Live video training, and LinkedIn

– Experience leading, coaching, and giving feedback to others  

 

As a HR Trainer and Coach you must be self-directed and willing to learn and grow. Yes, this role is remote. This role is the first of its kind at our company and we are looking for a special someone to help scale our reach training and support even more of the HR community with one on one development and resources. While not required, a comfort level with podcasting and interviewing is preferred. 

This position is a contract position and is a great opportunity for coaches, consultants or those with a flexible schedule to give back to the HR community in a different way. Hours are somewhat flexible, however, the individual needs to be available for training and facilitation.
