Talent Connect 2022 Recap: Where to Watch Highlights and Read Key Takeaways

Ryan Roslansky at Talent Connect

When Caroline Wanga took the mainstage on the last day of Talent Connect 2022, you couldn’t miss her. With pink heels (size 11, she proudly noted), blue lipstick, and exclamation point earrings, she seized her audience’s attention with this jolting message: “The first thing we need to do,” she said, “is stop trying to retain people.”

She dropped that counsel on thousands of HR and talent professionals watching both virtually and live from L.A.

Caroline, the CEO of Essence Communications, and actor Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, the star of “Never Have I Ever,” wrapped up our annual Talent Connect. Over three days, the talent conference featured six keynote speakers, 40 breakout sessions, and countless transformative insights and eye-opening ideas.

But if you missed anything, we’ve got you covered with full-length videos you can access at our Talent Connect 2022 site. It’s the place to find keynote talks, panel discussions, customer stories, and seven of the breakout sessions.

Here’s your chance to catch the highlights from this unforgettable event. And we hope to see you at our 2023 Talent Connect, live or online, in New York City!
