Roundup: PandoLogic, iCIMS Connect; Topia Upgrades ‘Mobility Suite’

PandoLogic and iCIMS announced a platform-to-platform integration between pandoIQ and the iCIMS applicant tracking system. PandoLogic said the integration allows employers to automate and optimize each step of their job-advertising process and will boost the ROI of their recruitment spend.

Topia unveiled updates to its suite of HR and employee-facing mobility management solutions. The release includes an integration between Topia Manage and Topia Go that will enable HR teams to use Topia Manage to share tasks with an employee during the moving process. Employees can then respond through Topia Go. In addition, Topia Go’s city guides have expanded to cover more than 200 locations, and core functions of the suite’s proprietary tax engine have been enhanced.

Performance-management and engagement platform provider Lattice closed $15 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Shasta Ventures with participation from existing investors including Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator. The company will invest the money in product development.

HR platform Namely and identity company Okta introduced an integration between their solutions. The companies said the over the past year they’ve a number of joint customers streamline their employee onboarding application permission changes and account deprovisioning across business systems.

Recruiting solutions provider AllyO, said it increased annual recurring revenue by more than 50 percent during the first quarter. The company also added 20 percent more customers during the period. The quarter’s performance was the strongest AllyO has seen since it launched in 2017.

Macorva, which is just entering the HR survey market, launched its employee-rating platform. The company claimed to have “ reimagined” employee surveys so they can not only gather feedback, but also a measure engagement and drive action to increase it by allowing employees to rate their experiences with coworkers.

Background check firm Sterling has partnered with Fountain, a hiring software package that sources, screens and onboards prospective workers. The companies said they’ll provide user-friendly solutions that allow employers to recruit and vet candidates more efficiently. Fountain provides hiring automation software targeting the on-demand labor market. 

Behavioral healthcare company Espyr launched REALYZE, a behavioral health solution that identifies employees who have or at risk of depression, stress, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse or similar conditions. It then provides proactive outreach to ensure these employees are connected with the appropriate behavioral health solution.

BountyJobs, which offers a platform for collaboration between employers and search firms, announced a strategic partnership with HR software provider, BambooHR. The deal makes BambooHR the latest participant in the BountyJobs partner network, which the company calls “the largest partner network of any recruitment marketplace.”

Workforce communications platform SocialChorus announced new product features. The new capabilities are meant to help team and frontline managers create their own content, employees to quickly search for information they need, and communicators to access new content templates along with improved, actionable insights.

Green Circle Health has renamed itself Green Circle Life and launched new services to meet increased demand for comprehensive HR solutions. The company aims to help employers maximize benefits utilization to drive productivity and profitability through an engaged, happy and healthy workforce. With the repositioning and the launch of several new services, the company said employers will be able to better engage their workforce by providing tools and strategies to improve how they both live and work.

Shiftboard, a provider of enterprise workforce scheduling software, released a redesigned mobile-first user experience. The new UX caters to the needs of schedulers who need access to advanced functionality, line-managers who oversee day-to-day schedule management and shift workers who need anytime, anywhere access to their schedules.

Paradox, an “assistive intelligence platform” for use in talent acquisition and talent experience, launched Olivia Hire for Retail & Restaurant. The new product is a mobile-first, candidate-centric solution built for the specific needs of high-volume retail and restaurant locations, the company said.

Astound, which offers employee-service software for the enterprise, $15.5 million in a Series B round led by March Capital Partners. The company also said it more than doubled its customer count over the past year “across key sectors.” Astound has raised a total of $27 million in investment funds to date.

Indeed will hire 600 more people at its European headquarters in Dublin over the next five years, Reuters reported. Currently, more than 1,000 people in marketing, finance, sales, business development and HR work at the facility.
