Today’s Time Well Spent from our friends at Kronos reminds me that in real life, we don’t want to get desperate with recruiting. Especially when it comes to staffing and scheduling. Monitor staffing levels regularly. The turnover for the position was such that we didn’t wait for an opening to occur to begin recruiting.
