3 Reasons Why You Should Join the Workday Rising Digital Experience

Workday Rising is back in-person and virtually through a new digital experience, September 12-15. Learn about the exciting opportunities we’ve created for virtual attendees from our Chief Marketing Officer Christine Cefalo.

Workday Rising is back and we’re thrilled to host our flagship customer conference from September 12-15 in-person in Orlando, Florida, and virtually through our new digital experience. I’ve been part of this special event for over a decade, and while it’s come a long way, the spirit is the same—Workday Rising is all about you, and helping you see what’s possible for your organization with the power of technology. The passion, drive, and enthusiasm you bring to the Workday community makes our conference unique, and we’ve built this event to help you discover solutions tailored to your role, industry, and specific challenges and opportunities.

I'm especially excited about all the creativity that’s gone into building this year’s digital experience for Workday Rising, where we’ll mix in plenty of opportunities to have fun, focus on wellbeing, and give back to the community. With two digital paths—the Global Digital Access Pass and the Digital Discovery Pass—virtual attendees can choose how, where, and when to engage with content and experiences from the conference. Through the Digital Discovery Pass, virtual attendees will have livestream and on-demand access to most Workday Rising keynotes. In addition to keynotes, Global Digital Access Pass holders will have livestream and on-demand access to more than 300 Workday Rising sessions and the ability to network and engage in real-time discussions with your peers directly in the digital platform.

Here are some highlights of what to expect:

1. Benefit from sessions tailored to you. There are a number of sessions we’ve designed based on attendees’ roles and industries. The Role-Based Vision Keynotes will cover the pressing trends, challenges, and opportunities that face the offices of finance, human resources, and information technology. In our Industry Keynotes, Workday executives, customers, and partners will deliver insights and methods to navigate change for industries including financial services, healthcare, higher education, public sector, manufacturing, professional and business services, retail and hospitality, and technology and media.

2. Get even more out of Workday. You not only inspire our innovation, you’re the driving force behind it. During the Workday Innovation Keynote, hosted by Aneel Bhusri, Workday co-founder, co-CEO, and chairman, and Chano Fernandez, Workday co-CEO, we’ll showcase Workday’s vision for the future and how we partner with our customers and ecosystem to fuel innovation. If you’re eager to learn how to get even more out of Workday, you can attend the Product, Strategy, and Vision Keynotes, where you’ll hear about key Workday solutions and how we’re placing an even greater focus on our user experience.

3. Find inspiration from our Changemakers. You can join various sessions featuring a diverse group of more than 300 customers who will tell their stories about driving transformation and making change through technology. We’ll also learn from customers who’ve broken barriers and championed change within their organization in our Customer Changemaker Keynote. With opportunities to engage in real-time discussions with fellow attendees, you’ll learn new strategies for adapting to change, share best practices, and get inspired to take action in your organization.

With two digital paths—the Global Digital Access Pass and the Digital Discovery Pass—virtual attendees can choose how, where, and when to engage with content and experiences from the conference.

We’ve built the backbone of digital business, and at Workday Rising, there are hundreds of learning opportunities that will help you unleash your potential. We’ll celebrate the Changemakers you are and deliver content that will help you navigate and thrive in our changing world. You’re ready for the future, and Workday is your partner to not only help you get through change, but make change happen.
