Brian Sommer, CEO, TechVentive

He served as a member of the IHRIM.link Advisory Board for several years and is a regular contributor to many leading publications. Early in his career Brian was a senior partner at Accenture with leadership roles in their Software Intelligence and Human Capital groups. A sought after speaker, Brian has keynoted numerous software conferences and regularly lectures at major university MBA programs. Brian holds a BBA (Marketing) and a MBA (Finance) from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

Claire Schooley, Analyst, Forrester Research

Her research includes recruiting, performance, formal and informal learning, and succession planning. Claire also leads Forrester’s work on change management from the people perspective.

Kathryn Minshew, CEO and Co-Founder, The Muse

She’s spoken at MIT and Harvard, appeared on The Today Show and CNN, and contributes on career and entrepreneurship with the Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review. Before founding The Muse, Kathryn worked on vaccines in Rwanda and Malawi with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and was a consultant with McKinsey.

 

Christy Childers, Global Employer Brand Manager, Dropbox

Craig Fisher, Head of Employer Branding, CA Technologies

Colin Day, President and CEO, iCIMS

Daniel Chait, CEO, Greenhouse
