UKG engineers and product experts will bring customer ideas to life during a live Hackathon challenge at UKG Aspire 2023, our annual customer conference. And customers in attendance will be able to vote for the best idea prototype.
The Hackathon is part of the UKG Labs™ commitment to innovation in addressing the evolving challenges of human capital management (HCM) and the future of work. UKG Labs partners with emerging startups that share our vision for helping businesses become great places to work.

In addition to the Hackathon challenge, UKG Labs will showcase its Innovation Playground and growing patent portfolio. The Innovation Playground serves as a testing ground for emerging products and technologies. It allows UKG engineers to explore innovations and shape the future of HCM and HR technology.
At UKG Aspire 2023, customers like you will be able to explore the Innovation Playground through a variety of different concepts that have been co-created with our startup ecosystem. Members of seven start-up companies that are part of this ecosystem will be with UKG Labs in the conference Expo Hall.
